The question is who is Richard Crosby? See blog post here where we compare what he ran on and what he’s been doing since https://www.friendsoforono.org/blog/blog-post-title-four-mgtr9

Richard Crosby raising funds for Proud Boy Corey Nielson using his photo as an Orono City Council member in front of the City Logo. According to Unicorn Riot “On Dec. 12, 2020, Nielson is seen on video leading a mob-style beating of a lone Black man before other Proud Boys jumped his victim. Nielson was then stabbed in apparent self-defense and then charged with assault by the Metropolitan Police.”

It’s been five or six City Council meetings that Council member Crosby has left before public comments. This has been undocumented and unannounced for the public record in most cases. Mr. Crosby has been absent more than he has attended City Council meetings over the past several months. It appears as though Crosby is avoiding answering questions about his political persuasion to the very citizens that voted him in on a very different platform.
